Available Node Types¶
Each build on Scrutinizer consists of one or more nodes. Each node is either an auto-setup node or a minimal node. You can mix these types in the same build as needed.
Auto-setup nodes are usually easier to set-up and work well for regular test or analysis nodes where you can benefit from Scrutinizer's command inference that automatically adds dependency installation or project setup commands.
Minimal nodes allow for more customization and work well for deploy nodes or if you have a complex workflow that has a compilation step for example.
